Afterimage Assembly Is Live

Today marks the official launch of Afterimage Assembly, a new experimental music label and online home that I’ve been building quietly behind the scenes — and I’m excited to finally share it.

Afterimage Assembly is focused on sound that exists after the moment: ambient, experimental, atmospheric, and genre-fluid music designed to linger rather than demand attention. The label is about subtle motion, memory, negative space, and the emotional residue left behind when sound fades. It’s not built for trends or algorithms — it’s built for listeners who value depth, patience, and texture.

The site itself reflects that philosophy. Minimal, restrained, and intentionally calm, AfterimageAssembly.com serves as a central archive for releases, visuals, and long-form listening experiences. Many projects will also appear as uninterrupted sessions on YouTube alongside traditional album formats on major streaming platforms, allowing the music to be experienced as a continuous environment rather than fragmented tracks.

While I’m also behind other projects and labels, Afterimage Assembly is its own distinct space — a place for work that leans inward, explores abstraction, and embraces quiet intensity. Some releases will be subtle and meditative, others more fractured or experimental, but all will share a commitment to atmosphere and intention.

This launch is just the beginning. New releases, visual experiments, and long-form sessions are already in motion, and the catalog will continue to grow organically over time.

Thanks to everyone who listens, supports, and spends time with the work — more soon.
